All orders are confirmed and processed through Facebook, WhatsApp, and social media communication.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the policy mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

- You received an incomplete order / missing item
- The product has a manufacturing defect (if applicable)

To be eligible, the customer must contact us within the timeline mentioned below and share proper proof.
2. Return / Exchange Request Timeline
To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within:
⏳ 48 Hours of Delivery
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
3. Required Proof for Return/Exchange
To process your request quickly, please share the following on WhatsApp/Facebook:
- Unboxing video (recommended)
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
- Order details (name/phone/date/product)
✅ Note:
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video from start to finish for smooth claim approval.
4. Return / Exchange Approval
Once we receive your request and proof:
- Our team will verify the issue
- We will approve or reject the request based on the evidence
- If approved, we will guide you through the next steps
Rhea Officials reserves the right to decline requests if:
- Proof is not provided
- The product is used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- The request is made after the allowed time
- The issue is not genuine or is unclear
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only when:
- The return is approved, and
- The product is returned (if required), and
- The product passes inspection (if applicable)

Refunds will be made via:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Original payment method (where applicable)

Refunds are typically processed within:
5–7 Business Days
(after approval / after return pickup confirmation)
6. Exchange Policy
If you request an exchange (and it is approved):
- We will replace the item with the same product (subject to availability)
- If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
- Another product of the same value, or
- Store credit (optional), or
- Refund (as per mutual agreement)
7. Return Shipping / Pickup
Return shipping options depend on the location and product type:
- Customer may be asked to courier the product back
- Or return pickup may be arranged (if available)
📌 Return shipping charges:
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we may bear the return shipping cost (as applicable).
- If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping will be borne by the customer.
8. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following may not be eligible for return/refund/exchange:
- Items on clearance sale / discounted sale (unless damaged or wrong item received)
- Used or opened items (if hygiene-sensitive products are included)
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Any products without original packaging/tags (if applicable)
9. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not been shipped/dispatched.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp/Facebook.
10. Delayed Delivery & Courier Issues
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partners or unforeseen reasons.
Refunds are not applicable for courier delays unless the product is lost and confirmed by the courier partner.
